Our Packages

Our packages are perfect for surprise backyard elopements, raging engagement parties and sophisticated wedding extravaganzas (trust us, we’re versatile). Whichever way you plan on celebrating your union, we have a Newybooth package to suit. With particular emphasis on our NEW all inclusive, flat fee’d, FULL reception coverage (because who wants to miss a moment, or worry about starting and end times!) photo booth service for only $880 (+ a bonus 60% off a Memory Album!).

Start with our award winning (2021, 2022 and 2023 Brides Choice Awards) photo booth hire, including backdrop, props, unlimited prints and friendly attendant. For more fun, add a #Hashtag Printer package, transforming your guests into instant paparazzi as they snap away using your unique hashtag. For the ultimate experience, hire one of our professional photographers to ensure every photo is taken from your best side!

Don’t forget to add a memory album to your package for only $50. Perfect for engagement and wedding celebrations, your guests can add photo strips and sign/write congratulatory messages as a lasting memento of your special day.

Our Booking Process

While our booking process isn’t quite as fun as our photo booth (admittedly, that’s tough to beat), we’ve made it as easy as possible. It all starts with you filling in the form below with all the crucial details – the date, the start time, the venue, the expected length of hire and any optional inclusions you’re thinking of adding to your package.

We’ll check our calendar and have our people get back to your people with confirmation of availability. To lock in your booking, we’ll flick you an invoice and ask for a $200 deposit via bank transfer, with the remaining balance payable by the day (preferably via bank transfer with cash payment also accepted at the event).

A few weeks before the big day, we’ll get in touch to discuss backdrop options and the design of your custom photo strip frame. This is where it gets fun! Handmade and custom-designed, our frames perfectly suit your celebration, with wording, themes and colours of your choice. Don’t worry, you’ll have a chance to review a draft and make any necessary changes beforehand.

On the Day

To give you the best possible experience (AKA our reason for being), we’ll arrive at the venue one hour before your hire period begins (or if you choose our FULL reception coverage package, we’ll arrive before guests even enter your reception area!). After checking out the best location for the photo booth, we’ll start setting up. Ideally, we’ll need a flat 3x3m area, preferably indoors, with access to power, although we can work outside with prior warning.

We’ll ask the DJ or MC to give us a shout-out at the start so your guests know we’re ready to roll and we’ll get to work. Our attendant will remain on-site throughout the event to capture the best moments, helping your guests make the most of the props and the fun of the photo booth. Once the fun is over (meaning the venue kicks us out), we’ll pack down the equipment so you have nothing to clean up or worry about. Easy!

Our Commitment to You

We charge NO travel fees.

That’s right. There are no hidden costs. The prices we quote include everything - we won’t slug you with any extra costs on the day.

Your hire period is for you, not for us.

All setup and pack-down occurs outside of the hire period. Funnily enough, we want you to get what you pay for.

You receive unlimited prints

You receive unlimited prints for the duration of your hire. We’re not going to shut up shop halfway through your event. We're here to be used - make the most of it!

All digital images will be provided

All digital images will be provided after the event via Google Drive for download. Files remain online for a minimum of 30 days with a backup held for at least 1 year.
