Our Booking Process

While our booking process might not be quite as fun as our photo booths (let’s be honest, that’s hard to top!), we’ve made it as easy as possible. It all starts with you filling in the form below with the essential details—your event date, start time, venue, hire duration, and any optional extras you’d like to add to your package.

Once we have the details, we’ll check our calendar and confirm availability. To secure your booking, we’ll send you an invoice and request a $200 deposit via bank transfer, with the remaining balance due by the day of the event (bank transfer preferred, but other payments types can be organised).

A few weeks before your event, we’ll reach out to finalize your backdrop options and the design of your custom photo strip frame. This is where the fun begins! Our handmade, custom-designed frames are tailored to fit your celebration with personalized wording, themes, and colors. You’ll receive a draft to review and make any adjustments before we finalize it.

On the Day

To give you the best possible experience (AKA our reason for being), we’ll arrive at the venue one hour before your hire period begins. If you choose our FULL reception coverage package, we’ll arrive even earlier—before your guests enter the reception area!

Once we arrive, we’ll scout the perfect spot for the photo booth and begin setting up. Ideally, we’ll need a flat 3x3m area, preferably indoors, with access to power. If you’re planning to set up outside, just give us a heads-up in advance.

We’ll ask the DJ or MC to give us a shout-out to let your guests know the booth is ready, and then it’s game time! Our friendly attendant will stay on-site throughout the event, helping your guests make the most of the props and enjoy all the fun the photo booth has to offer.

Once the event wraps up (or when the venue kindly tells us it’s time to go), we’ll handle the pack-down—leaving you with nothing to clean up or worry about. Easy!
